1. Please note you need to enter the exact text you would like as what is entered into the personalisation box is what will be cut out. 
For examples,
1. Isaac is 10 (Font 10)
2. ISAAC (Font 1), is 10 (Font 13)
>> Default font is Font 10 <<
 
2. The forth photo includes a font guide. No proof is sent for your topper unless requested when checking out.

3. If you are uncertain as to how your name will look after checking the font guide, you can request a proof by leaving a note in the notes to seller section.

Your cake topper will be sent out with express post, we say to allow 1-3 working days from dispatch for these to arrive.
 
If they haven't arrived after the 3 days, please send us whatsapp and we will send over your tracking to you.
 
- WHAT IF YOUR ITEM IS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT -
While we take the upmost care with your cake toppers, as these are very fragile, there can be instances where they arrive damaged, If this happens please let us know and we will send a replacement off to you upon receiving a photo of the damage.
